Alex and Lubeina acquired ownership of Easternwell Chinese Medicine in May 2021 to continue to provide TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) based treatments and personalized care to the local community.
In 2016, Lubeina joined Easternwell Chinese Medicine during her studies at the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine Academy, earning her designation as a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) in 2018. Her continued pursuit of knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine is evident through her adaptability and comprehensive understanding of patient’s needs.
Alex is a graduate of the University of Guelph and Humber College, with work experience ranging from automotive customer service, film and television production, to museum and archival curation. This versatile skill set and his attention to detail is demonstrated through the enthusiastic and positive mindset to the role of Office Manager.
Sylvia is a graduate of the Molecular Biology program at the University of Guelph in addition to Massage Therapy at Trillium College. As an experienced RMT, Sylvia aims to provide a safe and comfortable environment to treat her patients. She is also certified in Cupping, Indian Head Massage, Reiki and most recently, earning her diploma in Medical Neuro Acupuncture.
